Communication

ARK believes in having active communication with parents to ensure the holistic development of the child. All stakeholders must work together consistently to provide support and to create the environment for your child to thrive in. We convey and interact through our mobile app platform and phone calls.

On this platform, teachers will update parents on their children’s activity and progress and communicate securely with parents. Parents can keep track of their children’s check-in/check-out timing and photo, communicate with schools, and check outstanding invoices.

We also engage parents via Facebook, Instagram and our Youtube channels by enabling them to see activities of their children and upcoming events.

There will be frequent ‘LIVE’ recording on Facebook or instagram to update the parents on what their children are doing in the centre. Please log in to our Facebook Page “Ark Student Care Centre – Bukit Batok” and our Instagram “arkstudentcarecentre” for photos and updates.
